What created that shadow figure in the bottom right picture of D. P. Wigley building?

There is a white ball of light captured by the boxes. There was nothing for light to reflect off of to make this white ball of light.

Evidence captured during the walking Ghost Tour of downtown Racine 

The picture above of the bedroom, you see what appears to be a man with a mustache holding a little girl doll looking back at your from the window. Upon further investigation, we have been able to determine when the moonlight shines through the trees in front of this particular window the leaves cast a shadow on the window, that makes it look as if a man is standing in the window, This is a perfect picture to show matrixing. Matrixing is when an object looks like a face, but is just an optical illusion.

To the right of the doorway, you can see a white transparent form. Our investigator Rob was able to see it move with his eyes when he captured this photo.

Lights out at the VFW, the glowing you see are the Tour group participates, the Walking Ghost Tour staff and our Investigators.

During this EVP session, at 0:07 seconds you will hear a little child responding to Kathy talking.  There was absolutely no children in the building at the time of this tour.

While talking about the activity surrounding this location, the caretaker talked about the former nanny/caretaker for the original family and had hoped she liked how they were taking care of the home now.  There was a faint female voice captured at 0:17 seconds saying "Yes".

While Kathy is talking to the group, at 00:08 seconds you can hear a male voice speaking over hers, but with an echo as if he was in a bathroom or hallway.  All doors were closed to keep the noise level down. 

Again, while Kathy is talking, you can hear at 00:03, a male clearing his throat as to get someone's attention, however it was never acknowledged nor was it heard by anyone at the time.
